Werving & SelectieThe Management Reporting team is responsible for all management reporting towards its clients (mainly the Performance & Analytics team and Group Investment Office). The main activities are:
· ensuring that management reporting data is timely, accurate and complete, and that this is reconciled with source systems
· preparation of relevant reports for its clients (mainly Performance & Analytics team and Group Investment Office)
· scheduling and coordinating the full planning and reporting cycle for management reporting (including MTP)
· execution, development and maintenance of the content of reports, databases and cockpit reporting.
· preparation of a limited firstanalysis on financial development as input for the Performance & Analytics team
· preparing initial MTP and forecast data, templates and reports which are used by the clients of Management Reporting
· financial accounting and management accounting of the real estate portfolio and other investments not managed by the client, but by an external manager
· acting as support to the Group Investment Office in transaction processes (for example the IFRS accounting implications of a transaction, the reporting requirements and payments), financial input for investment committees and financial issues and questions
with regard to investment portfolios
· preparing Solvency II reporting for assets in scope by providing the underlying asset data to the Asset Data Management team and prepare additional Solvency II information as input for the sole reporting of the BU's and the Group reporting.
Your main responsibilities
In this position you are responsible for:
· processing data in order to generate reports
· monitoring the correct functioning of automated systems
· setting up monthly reports
· contributing to setting up the planning of the reporting process
· discussing issues and performance with supplying counter parts
Your profile
· Bachelor degree in finance (business economics) or similar
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the area of management reporting in an
insurance and/or investment management environment
· Experience with reporting processes and reporting tools
· Fluent in Dutch and English
