What you will do as Content marketer Aviation
The Content Marketer works with subject matter experts (e.g., experts in the field of aviation and transport) to execute and create relevant marketing deliverables for our key markets. You make optimal use of data-driven SEO and SEA insights and marketing tools such as ClickDimensions, Sitecore, LinkedIn campaign manager, Google Ads amongst others.
In this role you will:
- Facilitate the development and activation of POE media and content that supports global campaigns and events.
- Managing project timelines, creating copy to drive demand and measure content performance over time.
- Knack for writing for response including landing page content as well as email, events, social and ad copy while navigating a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a team that deeply values collaboration, feedback, and learning.
- Ability to distil the essence of communication and translate complex ideas and solutions into clear, focused content that pull customers down the sales funnel to meet our commercial goals.
- Eye for reviewing and providing suggestions to optimize the demand generation potential of short form copy across landing pages, marketing emails, social copy etc.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver on content projects (including project management, project timelines etc.) in alignment with the content roadmap and calendar.
- Measure content performance, impact and report on results.
- Leverage data to A/B test and optimize content performance across channels.
- Maintain the content library and manage regular content audits and updates.
- Gather information from subject matter experts to implement our value propositions and other marketing activities, in line with NACO’s positioning and growth plans. Apply commercial insights and approaches for client engagement at every part of the customer journey.
- Support the business development managers and consultants to ensure consistency in their marketing efforts and commercial success in market by connecting with clients appropriately.
What you bring
Our ideal marketer candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, working in a commercial b2b environment. You also are comfortable working with digital marketing tools.
- Experience and affinity with translating propositions into campaigns or relevant activation.
- Excellent skills to distill key messages
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An international focus.
- Good advisory and communications skills; confident and poised presence in interacting with colleagues across different levels and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of targeting audiences through digital marketing tools.
- Master’s degree (or similar) in Marketing or similar qualification.
- Sound knowledge of and experience with marketing campaigns and activities.
- Comfortable managing multiple demands and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills.
