Our corporate analytics team (7 people) reports directly to the Director Business Control. Our work supports all corporate support groups by providing data-driven analyses and reporting, and by supporting their digital and data-centred transformations. Our team is ultimately responsible for all corporate-wide reporting and analytical needs, as well as providing support for business-driven client reporting.
About the job
We’re looking for someone to strengthen our analytics team. Together with other team members, you are responsible for gathering, combining, and transforming the data for our BI platform. We use Alteryx, combined with SQL and python for an optimal combination of flexibility and development speed.
Some of the key responsibilities you will have:
- Analyse & prepare datasets for analysis and reporting needs;
- Automate our data processing;
- Design, build, and maintain ETL flows for continuous analysis of our data;
- Work with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions;
- Communicate about the results and workings of solutions developed in our team;
About you
You have a passion for data analytics, solving real puzzles, and adding value with your quantitative skills. You easily get to the core of a question and can clearly communicate about the results of your work. You recognise improvement opportunities for our company and in your daily work.
We’re looking for someone with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Computer Science, (applied) Mathematics, Industrial engineering or another field with high exposure to data analytics.
- You have 1-3 years of work experience
- You have experience with or knowledge of the following tools and concepts:
- ETL tooling, such as Alteryx (preferred), KNIME, FME;
- SQL - You’re able to work with stakeholders outside the team and collaborate with them to solve their data-related challenges.
- Strong problem solving, statistical, and analytic abilities;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- You have a can do mindset, take ownership and show energy & passion for technology
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch is a plus

Location
The position is based in our Amersfoort office in The Netherlands. There are possibilities to work from home for 1-3 days per week.
