Senior Controller / Divisional Chief Financial Officer for the Division Technology & Services
General
•· Chief Financial Officer for the Division Technology & Services
•· Reports hierarchically to the Division Director Technology & Services, reports functionally to the CFO
•· Sparring partner, both financially and strategically, for the Division Director Technology & Services
Responsibilities and activities
•· Responsible for all financial processes (AO/IC, forecasting, investment decision making, etc.) within the Division with a turn-over of approximately € 350 mio
•· Responsible for financially taking the Division to the next step (e.g. turn-over of € 600 mio)
•· Responsible for the financial affairs of all 14 (autonomous) units of Technology & services, both in the Netherlands as well as abroad
•· Responsible for all activities concerning risk management within the Division
•· Responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of financial policies within the Division
•· Responsible for transparent and efficient planning & control according to international and there standards
•· Responsible for ICT-affairs within the Division
•· Consultancy for and support of business unit management
•· Management of the Finance & Control department, including the financial Service Centre
•· Participation in the senior controllers meeting at group level and close coorperation with controlling and treasury departments at head office
Education and experience
•· Experienced CFO, ideally in comparable international, multi-business, industrial environments
•· Master degree in Financial management
•· In addition a degree as ‘registered accountant' or ‘registered controller'
•· Experienced in running and monitoring projects
