Your Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts and statutory accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger
• Booking of personnel expenses
• Liaising with internal and external auditors, banks and local authorities
• Taking full ownership of the finance and reporting processes with a continuous focus on efficiency improvements
• Ad hoc reporting and projects
Your Skills:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of general accounting/financial reporting experience
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP FI/CO (HFM and/or ADP would be a plus)
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Able to handle high work pressure and challenging assignments
• Dutch (mother tongue), good English and German (verbal and in writing)
• Proactive, hands-on, team-player
